Our process is simple. When you realize it’s time to put your house on the market reach out to us. We’ll discuss where you are in the sales process and the potential date your house will go on the market. A week before your house is listed we will meet in person to walk through your property and give you our plan for staging. We’ll then pick dates for moving in furniture and to complete staging. It usually takes two days, start to finish, to get a house properly staged. Before you know it your property will be ready for professional photos and its official listing. Within a week, you’re ready for the market!
Our pricing is simple too. We don’t intend for your house to stay on the market long, so we price our staging services accordingly. See our pricing.
