OPERATIONS DURING COVID-19

Home Staging

In order to limit everyone’s exposure and in accordance with industry best practices, we are requiring all properties to remain free of other contractors, realtors, owners, etc while staging is being performed. We wear masks while in or around your property.

Property Management

All lease signings are done online.

We continue to perform property maintenance and upkeep while coordinating with tenants to ensure visits are done safely.

Anyone performing a maintenance task wears a mask, gloves, and shoe covers while inside a home.

Any owners or agents with homes that were staged prior to the public health emergency may opt to have the homes remain staged for as long as they wish and no additional charge.

We plan to resume staging once Prince George’s County moves to its Phase 1 of reopening. The change that will have the biggest impact on you is that we will not be staging on the same day that we deliver our furniture. We will drop off our items and then require that the house remain free of any occupants for three full days before we return to complete the staging. We always work hard to get your listings ready for your target dates and appreciate that this will now require a bit more advanced scheduling.

December 2020:

Property Management
We are conducting virtual showings for properties currently in tenant turnover.

Home Staging

  • Changed from using plastic totes to cardboard boxes
  • Everyone who packs, moves, and places staging furniture wears a mask
  • Windows are opened while we are at properties to increase airflow
  • No resets or changes: returning to a property to change or relocate items after the staging has been completed will negate many of the precautions that have already been taken. As a result we cannot safely reset any staging jobs
